Max & Cassie :: Wedding

I am so excited to be posting this wedding on here!  Not only is it my first wedding of the year and doing this full time, it is very close to my heart because of a friendship.  Cassie and I struck up a our friendship in college and I was sooo honored when she asked me to be apart of her special day with Max.  I booked this wedding over a year ago so when I started rebooking this full time, Cassie was so happy because that meant she didn’t have to wait for the long turn around time that I use to have due to working full time.  We met a couple different times to talk about planning and how her wedding was coming together and we may have had a few drinks and life stories in between.  I even cooked her dinner one night when we were having our very important “meeting” … well the guys kind of did.  The wedding day came so quick and next thing you know, the girl who always asked to wear my ring in college, is about to be married!  I loved getting to know everyone in the family and wedding party, I always get so blessed with amazing people to work with.  We had some time after the ceremony so Cassie ended up asking for a barn, of course I had one in mind that I have used a lot over the years.  One of my favorite details was her purse and her shoes because they meant something.  Her grandmother wore them to every special event and told Cassie she wanted her to have them when she pasted away, Cassie couldn’t have been more proud to wear them on her wedding day. We had such a great time and Tara and I will always cherish Max and Cassie’s special day.  Thank you so much you two for asking me to photograph your wedding day.  I love you both and am so excited to see you guys grow old together.  I hope these 60 or more images excite you for the rest …

    Great pictures!!! Cassie you look so pretty! I do remember that when you got engaged, Leah and everyone wanted to see/ try on your ring haha... I went to school at St. Al's and was an alter girl there back in the day, one of the most beautiful churches in GR!
