I love when my clients throw out some ideas for their engagement sessions. Ones that will show their personality and/or relationship. After emailed back and forth for a bit amber purposed the idea to me of shooting their engagement photos at their farm. It took my less than point two seconds to agree and I couldn’t have been more excited about it. I pulled into their driveway and fell in love. The farm is exactly what my dream house is. Old farm house, redone … with barns and fields around it … and they even have rows of old oak trees going down their long driveway. My heaven.
We ventured around brian’s stomping grounds and enjoyed the beautiful fall day and I had such a great time getting to know these two even better. Amber is so beautiful and down to earth, I just love it when my brides are fun and just in love. After brian checks out of working as a dentist, he also helps his family’s farming business and so we had to snap a few with his favorite tractor that was passed down from his grandfather. I got to explore a new area and listen to their story of how they always lived within five miles of eachother but took many many years until they finally found eachother. They were seriously like neighbors! Now a days their nights are spending time together, state football games, hanging out with friends, keeping busy with the farm of course, and canoeing down the river that is right in front of their farm house. Yes I know, you probably want to move in with them too.
